In order to transfer a domain to us, you would sometimes first need to ask your registrar, that's the company you bought the domain from for an Epp code or auth code. this tells your previous registrar that you would like to transfer your domain to another hosting company. You can request this online using the registrar website or you can call them up to request it. once you have been given the EPP code or authorisation code it will ask you to verify that this was done on your behalf. it will provide you with a verification code that you need to enter. after this has been confirmed you then go to our website and click on transfer a domain. enter your domain name and the code is given to you by you after verifying. we will then receive your transfer request and start the process.
