Our Apple support and our Apple installers would first need to identify your issue of support request you desire which should have been filled out during your booking process. The first text message to remotely but if it’s something that cannot be done remotely then we would arrange for a pickup.  sometimes it is necessary to send the on-site engineer because you might have several devices within your office environment.  taking them out of this environment would not be practical to therefore would need to be done on-site.
